Every Skull Elite custom helmet begins with a premium ABS plastic shell the same material trusted across the motorcycle industry for impact resistance and structural integrity. But where most manufacturers stop, we start.
Our artisans apply hand-poured resin detailing, multi-layer paint processes, and UV-protective sealant coatings to every custom helmet we produce. The result is a piece that carries the same visual intensity on day one as it does years later. Whether it's turning heads at a bike meet or sitting in a collection.
