How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your helmet, choose your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
Contact us immediately at support@skullelite.com if you need to make a change.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You'll receive two emails: one immediately after ordering (order confirmation), and a second one with your tracking number once your helmet has been shipped from our workshop.
Can I order a custom painted helmet?
Yes! We offer custom paint options on select models. Reach out to us at support@skullelite.com before ordering to discuss your vision and get a quote.
Note that custom helmets are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I track my order?
Once your Motorcycle helmet ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Use it on our carrier's website to follow your package in real time.
If you haven't received tracking info after 2.5 weeks, contact our support team.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All helmets require approximately 2 weeks of production time. After that:
- In stock: shipping takes up to 8 days after production.
- Out of stock: total delivery time is approximately 4 weeks (production + shipping included).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier. Import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more.
Orders below this threshold may incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.
My package hasn't arrived, what do I do?
First, check your tracking link (sent by email). If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, email us at support@skullelite.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Will there be customs fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are set by your local government and are not controlled or collected by Skull Elite. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.

Are Skull Elite helmets road legal?
Our helmets are designed primarily as costume and display pieces. Road legality depends on your local regulations.
We strongly advise checking your country's helmet safety certification requirements before using any helmet on the road.
How do I find my helmet size?
Measure the circumference of your head with a soft tape measure, approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to the size chart on each product page. When in doubt, go one size up , our helmets cannot be adjusted after production.
What materials are the helmets made from?
Our helmets are crafted using high-density resin and fiberglass composites, then hand-painted by our artisans. The finish is sealed with a protective coating for durability. Each helmet is a unique handcrafted piece, slight variations in texture and paint are part of the character.
How do I clean and maintain my helmet?
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the paint finish. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my helmet?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging.
Custom painted or personalized helmets are non-returnable unless defective.
My helmet arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing support@skullelite.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or model, initiate an eligible return and place a new order.
Contact us and we'll help reserve stock for you during the process.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed through our secure encrypted checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and our payment processor is fully PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.
When will my card be charged?
Payment is collected in full at the time of ordering. Since every helmet is made to order, we require payment upfront before production begins.
