We stand behind every helmet we make. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right within the terms below.
Refund Process
- Email us at support@skullelite.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Skull Elite for defective or incorrect items only.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or variant, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order. Our team can reserve stock for you during the process — contact us and we'll assist.
Non-Refundable
- Items Custom paint or personalized helmets (unless defective).
- Items that have been used, worn, or modified in any way.
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
