Delivery Information
All Skull Elite helmets are handcrafted to order. Each piece goes through a rigorous quality check before it ever ships — that's why we don't hold large inventory.
Handmade : Production Time
Every helmet at Skull Elite is a custom piece — we do not mass-produce. Once your order is placed, our artisans begin work immediately. Standard production time is approximately 2 weeks regardless of stock status. This is the time needed to prepare, paint, and quality-check your helmet before it ships.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier service. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with your tracking number will follow once the helmet is dispatched from our workshop.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our helmets, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package, with photo documentation.
- Custom painted or personalized helmets are non-returnable unless defective.
